Somewhere in Oklahoma, stands an old shabby doghouse with a roof completely intact and leak-free to this very day.

DK Haney’s roofing experience dates back to 1973 when Dustin (the founder and owner of DK Haney Roofing) was just 5 years old.  He installed his first roof on a doghouse where he used a FULL 50 POUND BOX of roofing nails to make certain the roof wouldn’t come off.  Although the doghouse isn’t in very good condition anymore, to this very day, the roof on the doghouse is still intact!

It was from this simple but determined beginning that DK Haney’s roofs were intended to outlast the building.

After years of experience in the construction industry, from remodeling, roofing and building construction in both the residential and commercial industry, Dustin Haney decided to go out on his own in 1991…and DK Haney Construction was born.

The company began with residential and commercial remodeling projects, residential roofing and construction in the mobile home industry. The mobile home industry started booming and DK Haney took advantage of the market and built the company to 19 crews! Fourteen crews were installing mobile home skirting, building decks, carports and patio covers, two crews were performing mobile home set ups and due to his love of the roofing industry, the sales and installation of residential roofing continued with three roofing crews.

In 1999, the mobile home industry was losing ground very quickly. Fortunately, Dustin  saw the changes coming within the financing in the industry and knew he had to move on or go down with it. He began focusing on the doghouse; his first love of roofing. Continuing to see the lack of integrity and quality of workmanship in the industry, Dustin knew that if he built his company on integrity and complete customer satisfaction, that it would quickly rise to be a leader in the industry. To make it to the top, Dustin also realized that even with the highest integrity and best customer service, you also have to offer the best products in the industry. In 1999 after an intense search for the very best roofing products, DK Haney Construction became a dealer for Duro-Last Roofing, INC. (The World’s Best Roof).

DK Haney Construction was incorporated in 2002 and continued to grow to over 15 million in annual sales. We now office out of a 15,000 sq. ft. building in which we house a full sheet metal shop equipped with computerized breaks and shears and a full line of flat sheets in stock. DK Haney Roofing is made up of over 100 employees, 27 company trucks and all the equipment necessary to perform any size roofing project you might have. We now offer IntegrityRoof™ , which is a full web-based roof asset management  program. Our customers can easily manage all of their roofing assets right at their fingertips.
