During any roofing job, safety is our number one priority.  Roof construction can be very dangerous if all necessary steps aren’t taken.  We take every opportunity to ensure that our workers are trained, knowledgeable and have all equipment necessary to keep the working environment safe.  DK Haney Roofing has been and active member of the Safety Services Company since 2005.  We also employ a full-time Safety Director, Larry Johnson.

Larry establishes an Accident Prevention Plan tailored to each specific job that is to be followed by all crew members and sub-contractors on the job.  It is Larry’s responsibility to make sure weekly safety meetings and job specific meetings are held; always keeping the crews informed of the newest safety guidelines and making sure they have the necessary equipment to keep them protected.  He is responsible for ensuring that the crews are certified in all safety guidelines set by OSHA and that all safety procedures are set and being followed within the jobs.
