The Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® recently completed an update/remodeling project on our building which spanned a two-year period. During the course of the work, we interviewed, negotiated with and observed the work of numerous individuals and companies associated with the building profession. A little of over four years ago our district passed a bond in order to complete substantial renovation projects at both of our campuses.  Our research brought us into a relationship with DK Haney Roofing who provided us with Duro-Last roofs.

We have two old buildings which have been built on to numerous times over the years.  The result was roofs with many joints and parapet walls which leaked regularly.  DK Haney was able to provide us with a solution to our previously never-ending leak problem.  Since the installation of these roofs, we have had no leaks due to our roofing material or the installation.

Besides being very satisfied with the material and process recommended by DK Haney, we have been extremely happy with their service.  Mr. Larry Johnson has been our contact point with DK Haney.  He has been very responsive to any questions we have had.  We added a new roof to our field house.  We had some water get into the field house after a major storm.  I asked for their men to come out and look over the roof to make sure there was no problem.  They came quickly and went way beyond our expectations in helping find the leak – which we found to be in a wall rather than having anything to do with the roof.  Our maintenance men have been trained to repair the roof themselves and have been provided the tools with which to complete the job should it be needed.

Forsan ISD has gone through several school years now without leaks and with excellent service.  Our experience with DK Haney has been exceptional.
